The first step to change is always education

The Building Blocks of Change

One of the primary barriers to equality and inclusion is a lack of awareness about the experiences of marginalized groups and the long-reaching impact it has on their lives. At Henderson & Payne, we bridge that gap with our interactive and in-depth group courses that provide essential education and tools to leadership teams of all sizes. Our courses include:

  • This course provides a foundational understanding of why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work is important.

  • This course will help individuals, teams, and organizations understand gender identities, multi-generationals, and what people of color experience at the intersection.

  • This course will help polish and reframe your cultural awareness.

  • It's an "inside job." Leading change through the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens requires a heightened sense of self-awareness and a consciousness of one’s thoughts. Through the course, learn to manage your bias and its impact on your relationships and decision-making.
