What is a DISC Assessment?
This assessment measures and provides insight into four primary behavioral tendencies and emotions. It explores how these come together in a personal blend of styles. These insights will help you understand behavior and will provide intervention strategies. Increased self-awareness can be leveraged for relationship-building and team-building. The four behaviors are:
