“The highest form of knowledge is empathy,
for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world,”

What is Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)?
Diversity is the characteristics that make us different, including: age, race, ethnicity, gender, ability, belief system, way of thinking, etc. These differences collectively develop one’s perspective
Equity is when you consider a person’s uniqueness and circumstances and adjust your behavior accordingly so that the end result is an equal outcome.
Inclusion is integrating those differences to create a culture of belonging where employees can feel seen, heard, and valued.
